Currently, we are looking for:

Foreman/woman – Paris

Working directly with the Account Manager, you will manage and track the dossiers for all aspects of construction work (phasing, planning, technical oversight, sub-contractor leadership, full-spectrum work delivery and lifting of reserves).
You will ensure that we meet all our objectives in terms of cost, profitability, deadlines and quality. You will help us improve our margins in these markets.
You will ensure all aspects of construction site safety, including personnel and material safety. You will handle all technical difficulties you are confronted with in your day to day working life.
You will be part of our call for bids strategy and sub-contractor negotiations.
You will have a degree/masters relating to the construction industry and have at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in site management and operation. For recent graduates, you must have completed several project management internships.
You have a very good working knowledge of refurbishing and finishing, and are fully competent to handle full-spectrum site operations.

Account Manager – Paris

You will be working directly under the Operational Director, and will be responsible for all projects assigned to you.
For your coordination, organizational and management tasks, you will rely on a dedicated team (Designers, Foremen, Surveyors and a Technical Assistant). You will lead this team on a daily basis.
As such, you will:

Coordinate the study and design phase (pre-project and operational plan approval; administrative dossier management…).
Supervise the technical and financial development of our operations (creation of a technical description, market assessment approval, establishment of the projected margin, TS approval…).
Organize the call for bids and company y selection.
Attain and exceed the projected margins.
Supervise, through the oversight of the Foremen, all operations until you can guarantee that the project has been perfectly completed.
You will be responsible for one or more client accounts, for which you will ensure full oversight and sales development.
You have a Master’s degree in engineering or architecture. A full understanding of architectural projects and ERP technical constraints is indispensable.
You must have great managerial skills and excellent customer relations.
A great sense of organization and the thoroughness associated with process oversight will be key to successfully filling this crucial position in our organization.

Development Officer – Avignon

Working in liaison with the Operational Director, as the Development Officer, you will guide your clients from the identification of their targets to the fulfillment of the preliminary operations.
As such, you will need to:
Identify the sales targets from our overall marketing leadership (in France and abroad).
Prospect the targets identified.
Identify and Define, with the targets, their needs in terms of studies, construction and fittings.
Work in close collaboration with the Pricing Study department in order to provide the offers within the deadlines set.
Participate in the establishment of our calls for bids (collect and centralize all of the required administrative, technical and financial elements).
Explain to the client in detail the financial and technical content of the offer, and propose variations if necessary.
Ensure full sales tracking of our clients’ accounts.

Also, the Development Officer will be required to work in close collaboration with the Account Manager and the production teams (pricing study department, purchasing…).

You will have a higher education engineering qualification, specializing in construction or marketing. You will already have worked in marketing, ideally in the construction industry.

Above all, you will be a developer and a salesman/woman. You will need to be stubborn, with the drive to develop new clients, and you will need to be able to build a great working relationship with the other teams on our company.
The position is based in our Avignon offices. However, there will be trips to other locations across the country.

Development Officer – Paris

Public Relations Manager – Paris – Fixed-term contract, part-time

Working under the HR Director, the Public Relations Manager is responsible for the editorial content of our marketing tools and their distribution. You will be in charge of public relations, promoting information for our clients/partners and advising the teams in the company about their marketing strategies.
As such, you will need to:
Find the appropriate marketing resources for the company’s strategies.
Create and publish marketing tools (brochures, in-house magazine, mailing lists, e-news).
Update the company website.
Take part in the creation of a corporate movie for our clients and/or applicants.
Participate in the creation of marketing tools for trade shows (stand, boards…).

This list is a guideline only.

You will have at least a bachelor’s degree in Communication, and at least 5 years of public relations experience.

You have a full understanding of oral, written and multimedia marketing, and can use Word, PowerPoint, In Design and Photoshop.

You are highly organized and can work independently. You are naturally creative; you can see the bigger picture and are a good listener. You must be an excellent writer, proofreader and editor, and a great team player.

The position is based in our offices in Paris, in the 10th arrondissement.

This is a newly created position- a renewable 6 month contract, working part time.

Functions Department Internship – Paris

You will be working with the company’s Functional Director, on the synchronization of company documents and the formalization of integrated training manuals and procedures. You will participate in the creation of Health and Safety, foreman and designer training sheets.
You will be a technical Master’s student, looking for an end-of-year internship and you wish to discover a rich and diverse industry, such as construction. You have great relationship skills, are a great listener and can see the bigger picture. You will need a complete mastery of the French language, as the position is based on the creation and formulation of ideas to implement internal company procedures.
This internship will last for at least 4 months.

Construction Management Internship – Avignon

We are offering internship opportunities for future Foremen and Women.
You will be working alongside a full-time Foreman, overseeing finishing and refurbishing works (technical and architectural lots), coordinating sub-contractors, overseeing the work-site, deliveries and lifting reserves.
You will be involved in every phase of work on-site: from preparation (company consulting and negotiations) to delivering the finished project to the client, depending on the length of the internship.
You will need a full driving license.
This internship is planned for a minimum of 3 months.
